1 Introduction

Where a player is found to have created multiple accounts, all such accounts may be closed, all balances may be forfeited, and the player may be permanently banned from the Platform.

You may only use payment accounts and mobile wallets (including JazzCash and EasyPaisa) that are registered in your own name and to which you are the sole authorised owner. Deposits made from payment accounts belonging to third parties — including family members — are not permitted and may result in account suspension and funds being returned to the originating payment method minus any applicable transaction costs.

10 Limitation of Liability

• Losses arising from delays or failures in payment processing attributable to third-party payment providers (including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or banking institutions);
• Any loss or corruption of data stored in connection with your account;

Where rss777's liability cannot be excluded at law, rss777's maximum aggregate liability to any individual player in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Account Suspension & Termination

rss777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, at any time and without prior notice, where rss777 has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The player has violated any provision of these Terms;
• The player's account is being used for money laundering or other fraudulent or criminal activity;
• The player has provided false or misleading registration or KYC information;
• The player has engaged in or is suspected of engaging in match-fixing, advantage play beyond normal skill, or collusion;
• The player is accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where rss777's services are prohibited;
• Account closure is required to comply with any court order, regulatory direction, or other legal obligation binding on rss777.

Players may also close their own rss777 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary closure, any verified balance (net of bonus funds and subject to applicable withdrawal conditions) will be returned to the player's verified payment method within standard processing timeframes.

13 Amendments to These Terms

rss777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. The language of arbitration shall be English. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive or interim relief from a competent court where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
